『maimaiDX』 TERMS OF PLAY

The following Terms of Play will apply to maimai DX from (DEC 1, 2021).

If SEGA CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "SEGA" or "we") determines that there has been an illegal act or an act that may interfere with the operation of the game at the store, we may restrict or delete some or all of the play data in which the relevant person was involved, or restrict or suspend game play by the relevant person without notice in order to make sure that many customers can play the game safely and comfortably.

Actions that violate
the Terms of Play

• The act of multiple players using or saving "play data associated with one Aime compatible card or one compatible cell phone" (hereinafter referred to as "Play-Data").
  (This includes the act of using or storing another player's Play-Data, or transferring Play-Data to another player for use or storage.)
• Transferring your own Aime (Play-Data) to others.
• Any action through SNS, etc., that interferes with the normal play of other players and/or any action that posts slanderous messages to other players, or any other action that causes trouble or damage to SEGA, stores, or third parties including other players.
• Intentionally disconnecting the network or cutting off the power supply while playing.
• Setting words or phrases that are offensive to public order and morals or that are intended to slander in the game or on the website.
• Unauthorized use or alteration of data related to the service.
• The act of publishing information that has not yet been published by SEGA on a website, SNS, bulletin board, etc. without permission, and the act of spreading such information.
• Actions that interfere with the fairness of the game.
• Infringement on the intellectual property rights (copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, etc.), other rights, trust, or reputation of SEGA, stores, or third parties including other players.
• Analysis, falsification, alteration, reverse engineering, etc. of the game, use of programs or tools not approved by SEGA, unauthorized access, or any other actions not assumed or permitted by SEGA in advance as the original method of game play.
• Any other actions that we deem to have an impact on the usual operation of the game.

We will investigate, respond to, make decisions regarding, and disclose the results of these or similar actions at our discretion.
Please note that even if a player who violates the terms of play uses data other than the relevant data in question, we may restrict various services without prior notice, such as restricting participation in official events hosted by SEGA or not allowing the player to be listed in the rankings.
This terms is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.

如SEGA CORPORATION（以下簡稱“SEGA”或“我們”）確認到存在可能干擾店鋪遊戲運營之非法行為，為確保眾多玩家能安全、舒適地遊玩遊戲，將在不進行事先通知之情況下限制或暫停遊戲，並限制或刪除部分或全部該玩家所持有檔案。

違反遊戲條款之行為

• 多名玩家使用同一張Aime卡、兼容卡之遊玩數據”（以下簡稱“遊玩數據”）之行為。 （包括使用或存儲其他玩家的遊玩數據，或將遊玩數據傳輸給其他玩家供使用或存儲之行為。）
• 將您自己的 Aime (Play-Data) 轉讓給他人。
• 任何通過 SNS 等干擾其他玩家正常遊戲行為、向其他玩家發佈任何毀謗中傷行為、或任何其他對 SEGA、店鋪或第三方（包括其他玩家）造成麻煩或損害之行為玩家。
• 遊玩遊戲時故意斷網或切斷電源。
• 在遊戲或網站上發佈有損公共秩序、道德或毀謗詞語或短句。
• 可能會干擾店鋪營運之操作行為。
• 未經授權使用或更改與服務相關的數據。
• 未經許可在網站、SNS、佈告欄上發佈SEGA尚未發表之信息、以及散佈此類信息行為。
• 干擾遊戲公平性之行為。
• 侵犯SEGA、店鋪或第三方（包括其他玩家）的知識產權（版權、設計權、專利權、實用新型權、商標權等）、其他權利、信任或聲譽行為。
• 對遊戲進行分析、篡改、改變、逆向工程等，使用未經SEGA批准之程式或工具，未經授權之存取(訪問)，進行影響遊戲正常運行之任何其他行為。
• 我們認為影響遊戲正常運行之任何其他行為。

我們將調查、回應、做出決定並公佈結果，這些行為皆由我們自行定義。
請注意，如有玩家違反遊戲條款，使用相關數據以外數據情況，將不事先通知限制各種服務，例如限制其參加 SEGA 所主辦之官方活動，或不允許該玩家進入排行榜中，還請理解。
